Medical Director

Charles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Charles has over 15 years’ experience working with multiple different populations from juveniles and adults, incarcerated individuals, as well as individuals on the autism spectrum. Over the last 10 years Charles focused his professional development working with adults with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and the cooccurring population. He continually gains new skills to help enable clients to embody a healthier and happier life. Charles received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Millersville University in 2015. When Charles is not working he enjoys fishing, spending time with family, volunteering as a board member of NAMI Chester county, and adventuring to new and exciting places.

Dr. Elizabeth Drew graduated from Hahnemann University School of Medicine and completed her family practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown PA. In 2005, she opened her family medicine office in Doylestown, and in 2008 she treated her first patient for opiate addiction.

Since then Dr. Drew has attained her board certification in Addiction Medicine, treated more than a thousand patients for addiction to opiates and alcohol, participated in programs to educate the community, traveled to Washington DC to educate our legislators, and served as Medical Director at some of the best addiction treatment programs in Pennsylvania.

She understands that addiction is a chronic disease that no one would choose to have, and her treatment philosophy is based on respect, compassion, and empowerment. She is excited to be the Medical Director of MPower Wellness and work to provide superior addiction treatment in Chester County.

Meg Fenn, MS

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Community Relations Liaison

Kelsi is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in Pennsylvania. She graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with her bachelor’s in science of nursing in 2018, and Wilkes University with her master’s in science of nursing in 2023 after completing the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program. Kelsi began her nursing career in the emergency department and went on to work as an inpatient psychiatric nurse, as well as a community based mobile psychiatric nurse. She has worked with all ages across the lifespan and various mental health diagnoses. Kelsi is an engaged and caring provider, committed to meeting the needs of patients struggling with addiction and mental illness. In her free time, Kelsi enjoys painting, spending time with friends and family, and travelling. 

Meg is a dedicated professional who has worked in the field of SUD and mental health for the past 15 years. She was a nurse anesthetist for 10 years and then began to follow her passion for the recovery industry. Meg has worked as an alumni director, clinical therapist, clinical supervisor and community relations liaison. Meg brings strong relationships and deep clinical knowledge to MPower Wellness of Exton. She has an MS and is passionate about the journey of recovery. Meg lives in Malvern with her wife Monica and her dog, Scout. She enjoys reading, golf and community service.
