Our Approach

Treating the Whole Person, Not Just the Diagnosis

At MPower Wellness, we believe recovery is about more than getting sober — it's about building a life that feels meaningful, connected, and sustainable. Our treatment center offers comprehensive care for adults struggling with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, or both.

No two people arrive with the same story, and we don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. Whether someone is beginning treatment for the first time or returning after a relapse, we meet them where they are and create a treatment experience that reflects their unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Through personalized treatment, clinical expertise, and a supportive environment, we help individuals and families take the next step forward — with dignity, connection, and lasting change.

Common Questions

Everything You Want to Know

We know this is a big decision. Here are the questions we hear most often from those struggling and their loved ones.

Does insurance cover drug and alcohol rehab in Pennsylvania?

Most major private insurance plans cover addiction and mental health treatment. At MPower Wellness, we can verify your benefits for free — usually within a few hours — with no commitment required. Up to 100% of treatment costs may be covered depending on your specific plan. We do not currently accept Medicaid or Medicare, but our admissions team can discuss self-pay options and payment plans if needed.

Can I work or care for my family while in treatment?

Yes — our IOP, standard outpatient, and telehealth programs are specifically designed to fit around work, family, and daily responsibilities. Day and evening schedules are available so you can maintain your commitments while actively participating in treatment. Many clients hold full-time jobs while enrolled in our outpatient programs.

How long does treatment last at MPower Wellness?

Treatment length depends on your individual needs, the severity of substance use, and co-occurring conditions. Medical detox may last a few days to two weeks. PHP and IOP programs typically run 6–12 weeks. Your clinical team evaluates progress regularly and adjusts the plan accordingly. Research consistently shows that longer treatment engagement leads to better long-term outcomes.

Is everything I share truly confidential?

Absolutely. Everything you share with our team is protected by HIPAA and federal confidentiality laws specific to addiction treatment (42 CFR Part 2). We will never share your information with your employer, family, or anyone else without your explicit written consent. Completing our insurance verification form will not notify your insurance provider — your privacy is our commitment.

Do you offer online or telehealth treatment?

Yes. Our telehealth program offers virtual addiction and mental health treatment so you can get care wherever you are. Sessions are delivered via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform on your phone, tablet, or computer. The same clinical quality as in-person care — from the comfort and privacy of your home.

What makes MPower Wellness different from other treatment centers?

MPower Wellness is Joint Commission accredited — the gold standard in behavioral healthcare quality. Our 4.9-star rating from verified patients and families reflects genuinely compassionate care. We treat the whole person — mind, body, and behavior — not just isolated symptoms. Our clinical team includes specialists in psychiatry, trauma therapy, art therapy, and addiction counseling who work collaboratively around each client's unique needs. And we offer a full continuum of care from detox through telehealth outpatient, so recovery can continue wherever you are in your journey.
