ADMISSIONS PROCESS
WHAT TO EXPECT
Seeking professional help is an act of courage, and we honor that commitment in everything we do, including our straightforward admissions process:
APPOINTMENT
Our admissions team will be on hand to answer any questions and gather whatever information they need to help our specialists prescribe the best possible plan of treatment.
PAPERWORK
Upon admission to one of our programs, we will send along a packet of paperwork for you to fill out. Completed paperwork will reserve your spot in the program.
EVALUATION
You will be prompted to schedule an initial evaluation. During the appointment, our experts will fill in any gaps about your medical history, assess your current needs, and develop a personalized program for you and your family.

Telehealth Care
Get the care you need at home or on the go with MPower telehealth services. We offer safe, flexible, and affordable access to qualified therapists and other health professionals. Non-emergency services are available from the convenience of your phone, computer, or tablet.
