Jen earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from West Chester University and completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Immaculata University. She has worked with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, older adults, children and families in crisis, and those facing substance use and mental health challenges. Her clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. She approaches counseling from a person-centered framework and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She believes every individual deserves a safe space to process lifeโs challenges without judgment. In her free time, Jen enjoys long walks with her dog, listening to classical music, and traveling, with a goal of visiting all 50 states.
