Tom DeVitis, MA, LPC, CAADC

Tom DeVitis, Executive Director of MPower Wellness, is a devoted leader with over a decade of expertise in substance abuse treatment and behavioral health. Holding a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, along with being an LPC and a CAADC, Tom specializes in developing evidence-based clinical programs that inspire individuals to achieve sustained recovery and lead meaningful lives. His extensive experience as a clinician and manager in both inpatient and outpatient settings enables him to skillfully lead multidisciplinary teams, innovate clinical programming, and streamline operations.

Passionate about reducing stigma and fostering self-reliance, Tom champions MPower Wellness’s mission to promote a recovery-based lifestyle through a holistic, trauma-informed approach to alcohol and drug treatment. Tom is committed to providing high-quality, client-centered services in a safe and supportive environment. Outside of work, Tom enjoys playing the guitar, spending time with family, and nurturing his spiritual growth.
